These plans are designed to provide short and long term security to you and your eligible dependents. All full time salaried employees are eligible to participate in the Medical/Dental and Vision programs the first of the month following 30 days of employment.

2017 Open Enrollment:

Great news! Even with healthcare costs increasing, your medical and dental insurance rates will stay the same in 2017. The majority of our plans are not changing, and you can keep the same great insurance that you had in 2016. However, there are a few changes including:

  • For those employees in California, UnitedHealthcare’s HMO plan is no longer an option. You should’ve received a letter in the mail with more information.
  • SRAC is now paying for a base vision plan, which covers the cost of a vision exam. If you’d like to elect the “buy-up” plan, which covers the exam and materials, you can pay as little as $1.75 per paycheck! It’s the same great plan as last year, but SRAC is now paying for the exam portion.

Open Enrollment Dates:
November 15, 2016 – December 15, 2016

Process:
If you do NOT wish to make any changes to your coverage, you will log on to Ulti>Myself>Open Enrollment>2017 Open Enrollment>Click on Stay enrolled in current benefit plan and you will be taken to the confirmation page!

If you would like to change plans or add a dependent, you will need to enroll via Ulti>Myself>Open Enrollment>2017 Open Enrollment>Click on Make New Elections . Please remember, this is your one time to change coverage elections and/or add dependents, outside of a qualifying life event, until next Open Enrollment Period.
